HSAP Sdn. Bhd. was incepted in 1979 and incorporated in 1984 at the Federal Territory of Labuan. From a humble beginning, HSAP Sdn. Bhd. has transformed itself to play a leading role in servicing the oil & gas industries with services such as Marine & Industrial Fabrications, Shore Approach Works (Sheet Piling and Cofferdam Construction with latest installation technology), Onshore/Offshore Surveying & Pipelines Trenching, Civil Construction & Engineering, Grit Blasting & Painting, Repairs and General Maintenance Services, Supply of Skilled & Semi-Skilled Manpower and Supply of Equipment and Back-Up Services.

About Us

In 1998, HSAP Sdn. Bhd. has successfully gained approval from the Department of Safety and

Health (JKKP) to carry out Gas and Pipeline Works. The company was is also registered with
PETRONAS to undertake project works for the Oil and Gas Industry.

HSAP Sdn. Bhd. has the resources and expertise and continuously maintaining high safety
standards to meet the Oil and Gas Industry’s challenging requirements. The company has earned
citations from its major clients:

- Shell Timur Sdn Bhd for Best Safety Management for work site 1996 – 1997
- Sabah Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd. For attaining a HSE-MS Level 2 & Level 3 of the Health ,
Safety and Environment’s Management System Assessment and gained recognition for
achieving three (3) years without Lost Time Injury
- PETRONAS CARIGALI for a success completion and early Samarang start-up without Lost
Time Injury

HSAP Sdn. Bhd. is also certified by SIRIM QAS International on implementation of the Quality
Management System and in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of construction
services (Fabrication and Pipe Laying) for the oil and gas industry.
